Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Radiance Esthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations:

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with no fee as long as we receive at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

Same-Day Cancellations:

If you cancel your appointment on the same day, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged based on the total costs of the service(s) booked.

No-Shows:

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. No-shows may also be required to prepay for future bookings.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of our services, all service sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are ever unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly. We are committed to making it right.
